A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

A young girl has nightmares from constant struggles at school. In her dreams, she flies toward those stressors (in the eye of her dream-fueled storm) to achieve tranqulity, using box breathing techniques to stay float and gain faster directional movement!

WASD/arrows: move

I/Q: Start inhaling, and release to hold your breath

O/E: Start exhaling, and release to stop exhaling

Use the 4 stage, 4 seconds-per-stage box breathing technique to determine when to press and release the breathing keys (inhale, hold, exhale, hold).

Don't try breathing too fast after a box-breathing loop, or you'll lose directional movement speed. And without enough proper box-breathing loops, you'll lose tranquility and wake up!

Note: Music usually doesn't loop after the game has been completed.

Install instructions

Download the zip file relating to your operating system and unzip it. For the Windows build, open the Unity application file ("Catch Your Breath").
